I am a retired General Contractor and just had one of the best equipment rental experiences of my career with Ocala Tractor. I rented a Bobcat 90 horsepower skid-steer with a grapple attachment to cleanup some demolition debris. The folks at the rental department were very knowledgeable and prompt. The machine was in very good condition and the rental rate was very competitive. I will use them again and STRONGLY recommend them to anyone looking for rental construction equipment. BTW the cab's air-conditioner sure felt good when the heat index reached 112 degrees. To you Contractors out there don't overlook Ocala Tractor when it comes to rental equipment.

I purchased a tractor from John at Ocala Tractor. The dealer has plenty of stock in all the brands that they carry. John and his team were by far the most knowledgeable of the many dealers I visited. He listened to my needs and set me up with a great piece of equipment. This is our 3rd Gravely and we stay with Gravely zero turn 60 inch mower because it is so dependable and does exactly what it is supposed to do. The only reason we keep trading in the older mower is they offer us a very "good trade in" to keep us in a new machine. Otherwise, I am sure the first one would still be running fine. We mow 37 acres and people comment all the time how good the lawn, and fields look. We mow it all to look like our front yard.

I purchased a Woods RC 6 rotary cutter and was very pleased with the service from start to finish. Clay Lawrence processed my purchase in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner, and helped me locate the last RC 6 in stock that day. I hoped for same-day delivery, but the delivery department had 6 deliveries ahead of me. Despite this, I received a call later in the day from their driver Warren, who let me know when he would be to my place with the cutter. First of all I now have 3 Bobcats. I Leased my first machine back during the Hurricane season and had it completely paid for in 3 months. Since Then I have picked up two more with BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty that is a true 0%. I've only had to order one machine so far. I had two Kubota's and traded them in. Not the same at all when it comes to the cab. I got tired of the dust. I'm not here to bad mouth them just tp say that The bobcats and Ocala Tractor have got it figured out! If you need anything at all in construction definitely visit them. Not to mention the 100 or so tractors they have setting outside. I personally wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently went and ran all the major lines machines. The 299D Cat, 333G Deere, Svl 95 Kubota, The T770 Bobcat. Guys let me tell you it wasn't even close when it came to the Kubota, Deere. The other two were the top contenders solely based on performance. Kubota tried to get me with being slightly cheaper but it showed. I tried the Deere and after talking with my friends I wasn't comfortable waiting for service for 4 months at a time. I called and spoke with Eric, John and then Manny I believe. I did a 5 year power lease that came with a bumper to bumper lease warranty. I won't have to worry about anything at all. They made me business cards and even made some suggestions for my website. (thank you manny). In my first 3 jobs (in two months) I have already paid for 2 years of payments. Thank you Eric for talking me into the lease. It will come in handy when or if this thing breaks at all. If you are looking for the total package and a dealership to stand behind you Ocala Tractor will do it. I've already sent one of my buddies down there to lease a T770 as well and will continue to do so. If it is a Bobcat deal ask for Eric he is the Bobcat manager down there if I'm not mistaken. I was shopping for a sub compact tractor for our 10 acre farm, I looked online at several places and Ocala Tractor had the best website for viewing their inventory, we made a trip to O T and was met by Justin, he was very friendly and helped us with picking out the Right tractor for us. I'm a bit of a hard sell and I did my research so Justin had to put on his best to get my business, and he did. They actually seem to really care about the customer at this place and won me over. Love my new TYN 234, seems to be just right for what we need. I highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a new mower from Ocala Tractor and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. I drive a truck for a living and began my experience at 3:30 in the morning. On line I was able to view inventory that was currently on hand and priced, I made an offer, and applied for credit. I did not expect to hear from anyone till sometime during normal business hours, I was wrong at 6:30 I received my first text from Manny Alonso, sales manager. After a few more text, further negotiating and credit info my best deal was made, and by 10:30 I received a true 0% finance package. That afternoon I took delivery, signed my name, wrote a small check as agreed, and meet Eric, who had my mower loaded and me back on the road home in 14 minutes. This dealership had 50-60 thousand dollar tractors on hand and this dealership made my little $4,000 dollar mower purchase feel just as important, I have and would recommend them to anyone looking for a mower or tractor. Keep up the good work guys, looking forward to meeting the service department at the end of the season.

I was originally looking around for a dealership in the FL/south GA area for a New Holland since I live in Lake City but couldn't find what I wanted until I found a new T4.105 on TractorHouse from a dealership in Maryland. Ocala Tractor worked with me by offering to transfer the sale to their dealership as well as offer me a great price on the implements that I wanted. In my opinion, their greatest asset is their service department, and, even though they aren't the fastest in the world, they will make any problem right and they do a good job. I have worked in the service industry for about 17 years now, so I am pretty picky on what I want and how I want my property treated and I am happy with how I have been treated by Joey (who has worked here for a long time and who is very knowledgeable) and the whole service department. I look forward to continuing to do business with them!

In past dealings over the last few years, I had not been impressed with Ocala Tractor. However, being the only Bobcat dealer in my area, I had no choice but to use them when it came to purchasing dealer only parts for my excavator, and I am very happy with my experience. Before even purchasing anything, I called and spoke with Joey in service, who helped me identify my problem. After further diagnosis, I decided to order the parts, which were all OEM seals and bearings ($600). Chris in parts was a HUGE help in ordering the right kit (specific kits go to specific models with different options), and he also ensured that I had the proper schematics of seal placement inside of the swivel joint I was rebuilding. Excellent service all around the board, from the friendly greeting when I walked in, to the thoroughness in the assistance they offered. Ocala Tractor has definitely shaped up since my last experience, and they have earned my business.

It rare that I will give a 5 star review as I have very high expectations! The Parts Department (Chris the Manager particularly) does a stellar job every time and can get parts for other equipment that they don't sell as well as for everything they sell. We own three 2015/2016 Bobcat T770 skid steers and have one that has been a total lemon. It was not purchased from them but the service at Bobcat Tampa was horrible and thats' how we learned about Ocala Tractor. Joey the Service Manager has worked with us to help get Bobcat stand good on this lemon of a machine. They have gone above and beyond. I have bought four Gravely's and just recently a new Woods 15' Batwing mower and will continue to do business with Ocala Tractor because I can count on the Service Manager and The Parts Manager to do the right thing and keep our business up and going.

Had a expensive Kohler part, on an old Gravely that required ring pliers to install. After visiting multiple parts stores over a period of days I could not fine a set of pliers that would fit the external ring and could not install the part. Returned to Ocala Tractor Parts Dept. and they very expertly installed the ring as well as the parts that the ring controlled and they did this for no charge. Excellent counter staff who seemed to know their equipment. Hats off to them.

It was a small order, and in my experience many businesses don't want to waste time with small orders, but they were friendly and quick. I was impressed and will do business with them again.

They did an excellent job in assessing my needs and gave be a good deal. I purchased a used finish mower from them and they replaced the belt and blades before delivery. Would gladly deal with them again.
